Condolence: Many, many years ago, there was a group of young children who grew up together in Atkins, a "clique" if you will. We became teenagers, learning and loving and living in our hometown. As we grew older, a lot of us went our separate ways, some passed away at a young age and some became a little wild and some stayed true to their dreams and became a valuable part of our history. Condolence: I was so saddened to hear of Mrs. DuVall's passing. She taught me 5th grade science in Atkins many years ago and I always loved her. She was a wonderful teacher who helped me love science...which started my love of anatomy and health...which then led to my chosen profession of nursing. She will never know how far and wide her mentoring me has traveled! It was an honor and privilege to know her and learn from her. May God truly bless you all and give you a peace that only He can provide.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about Peggy. She and I taught at Atkins together. We carpooled together every morning. John and Sarah were little, and my husband and I used to enjoy being with Finis and Peggy. She and I kept in touch throughout the years. I have many fond memories of the fun times we had together. What a pleasure to have known her.
