Her nephew, David Stoker, and I give our heartfelt sympathies to her family. We always enjoyed visiting with Nocal when she lived in Louisiana near her brother, Thomas Emmett Stoker. (Nocal Stoker was her birthname when she was born in Alabama, before she changed it to Betty Faye.) We were so glad to see Aunt Betty again a couple of years ago in Arkansas and visit with Glen and Sharon. She was as sweet and loving as always and I’m glad we got to visit. The Stokers are known for their storytelling. Since she was an interesting woman who lead an amazing life, she enjoyed telling those stories. Wish we had asked her more questions to hear more stories. We’ll miss her.

Aunt Betty led an adventurous life. I will never forget her flying me to Fairbanks, Alaska to spend the summer in 1978. You were loved and now in heaven with your family. Love you, Brenda Storment Dye
