I was broken hearted to hear about Alex passing, and can only imagine how broken hearted his family must be. I have not seen him in about 9 years, since we graduated high school, but I was lucky enough to get back in touch with him a couple of years ago. He was a great person and will be always be remembered. My heart goes out to his wife and children. I am so sorry that you are going through this. The Carter family is in my prayers.
