Donald Wayne Roberds, 63, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2013, at home. He was born August 25, 1949, in Pope County, Crow Mountain Community, the son of Robert and Ima Jean May Roberds. He was a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his father; wife, Jan; sister, Sharley Jo Pettit and a brother, Terry Lee Roberds.
He is survived by his mother, Ima Jean Rollins; 3 sons, Bradley Don Roberds, Mark Allen Roberds, Matthews Wayne Roberds, sister, Lesa Standridge, brother, Michael Ray Roberds.
Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, August 8, at Atkins First Baptist Church with Rev. Ferrell Duffell and Gary Pettit officiating. Burial is in Bowden Cemetery Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
