Allan Hays, 58, of Hattieville, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at his home. He was born April 25, 1953 in Russellville, the son of the late Ray and Ruby Hern Hays. He was a graduate of Atkins High School and the Operations Manager for Wayne Smith Trucking.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Hays of Hattieville; 3 sons, Jesse Hays of Bryant, and Matthew and Tyler Hays both of Hector; a daughter, Lacie Caughron of Hector; 2 step-children, Britt Haley of Hot Springs and Wendie Berkemeyer of Atkins; 7 grandsons, Gage, Lucas, Brady, Ashton, Maddux, Ryder and Alec; 7 step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Ray Hayes of Atkins; 3 nieces, Lena, Rene and Michelle; and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Monday, August 22 at Lemley Funeral Home in Atkins. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery at a later date.
