William W. Race, 80, of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at Baptist Health Conway.  He was born December 25, 1938, son of the late Wallace Charles Race and Naomi Edessa Chastain.  He was of the Presbyterian faith.He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, William Brian Race; and siblings Charles Race, Elanor Wheeler, Barbara Race, Howard Race, and Jackie Race.He is survived by his wife, Ann Bowden Race; daughter, Feleccia Dawn and husband Don Rea; grandchild, Hadrian Rea; brothers, Tommy Race and wife Mary, and Harry Race; and sister, Mary Ann and husband Richard Watson.Graveside service and burial is 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 23, at Hoskins Cemetery with Rev.
