William Alford “Shorty” McGee, 84, of Atkins, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born February 19, 1936, in McCrory, son of the late Chester and Addie Burris McGee.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Arville and Mansfield; and 2 sisters, Audrey and Dorothy.
He is survived by 4 sons, Gary and wife Suzy McGee, Joey and wife Bonnie McGee, David McGee, Alan McGee; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Graveside service and burial is 10:00 AM, Monday, October 26 at St. Joe Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
