On August 15, 2019, Tim Haralson a son, devoted father, GPaw, husband, mentor and teacher passed away. His response to any task big or small was “Let’s do this!”.Tim commanded every room he walked into with a smile and endearing charm. Every day of his life, he had a joke and a way about him that would light up a room. As an elementary school teacher, these gifts helped to capture the attention of his students. While Tim is survived by three beautiful sons, he would tell you he had hundreds of children because each one who was entrusted to his care were treated with the same care he used to parent his biological children. Every person that met him was embraced with love and laughter. While many are mourning the loss of this beautiful soul, many also are honored to have known a soul like his.

He is survived by his wife, Lyn of Fairfax, VA; his sons and their wives Timothy (Melissa) Christy of Maumelle, AR; Jordan (Brenley) Haralson of Burnsville, MN;, and Skyler Haralson of the home. Tim is also survived by his three grandchildren Teagan and Mason Christy, and Cassius Haralson. Tim was the son of Bill and Ella Jane Haralson of Atkins, AR; he is survived by his brother and his wife Billy (Charlotte) Haralson of Danville, AR. He was preceded in death by his brother James David Haralson. Tim is also survived by a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends who mourn the loss of his beautiful soul.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 31, at Lemley Chapel in Atkins, Arkansas, with Rev. David Bishop officiating.
