Tanya Diane Lay, 60, of Atkins, passed away May 28, 2021, at her home. She was born April 13, 1961, in Russellville, daughter of Charles Lay and Jean Branch Parker. She was a member of the Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church.

She was a truck driver for many years and was dedicated to her church and telling all she met what God had done in her life. She also was a proud dog mom to her Pomeranian Bo whom she said was the light of her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Lay; stepmother, Nina Jo Smith; stepfather, Charlie Parker; sister, Wendy Lay; and her beloved dog, Huzzy Jean Lay.

She is survived by her precious dog, Bobo; mother, Jean Parker; sisters, Gail and husband Terry Small, Charlotte and husband Randy Millikin, Lisa and husband Jeff Pew, and Missy and husband Monty Wheeler; stepfather, Charles Smith; aunt, Wilma Laymon; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A family conducted memorial service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 5, at Calvary Temple Assembly of God with Rev. Devoe Campbell and Rev. Jeff Lewis officiating.
