Sandra Bishop Snyder died on Thursday, August 29, 2019, at Northwest West Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on February 21, 1946, in Russellville, to James Dealous Bishop, Sr. and Bobbye Austin Bishop Elkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James D. Bishop, Jr..
Survivors include a son, Kevin (Mandy) Snyder of Berryville; grandson, Kason Snyder; and a sister, Hope (Garry) Penman of Pottsville.
Graveside service and burial will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 12, at Oakland Cemetery in Russellville under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
