Annette Cook, 78, of Atkins, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 27, 2018, at Russellville. She was born August 8, 1939, in Atkins, daughter of the late Omer and Leonia Maxwell Laycook. She attended Union Grove Free Will Baptist Church, and retired from ConAgra Frozen Foods.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynette Duvall of Dover; grandson, Ryan Duvall; close friend, Charles Hill; Mike Duvall friend of the family.
Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Monday, July 30, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. David Bishop officiating. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 PM, Sunday.
Pallbearers are Terry Lynn Cooksey, Randall Cooksey, Danny Higgins, Doug Higgins, Stanley Floyd, Walter Bond.
