Roger Pope, 40, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021, at his home. He was born April 24, 1980, in Russellville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Mills; stepfather, Tommy Fortner; grandmother, Daisy Mason; and an uncle, Roger Dale Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie Pope; mother, Karen Pope; 5 brothers, Wayne Pope, Gerald Wayne Mills, Randy Lee Mills, Cameron Jolley, and Danny Honaker; 7 sisters, Tammy Pope, Sabrina Cannon, Beckie Pitts, Lisa Fortner, Annmarie Jacobs, Sharon Kay Hughes, and Cindy Porter; and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Graveside service and burial will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 11, at Pisgah Cemetery with Bro. Lou Anders officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be made to Lemley Funeral Service, P.O. Box 126, Atkins, AR, 72823, to assist with funeral expenses.
