Obituary for Reda Hankins
Reda Dale Hankins, 77, of Russellville, passed away, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Adventist Health Hospital in Marysville, California. She was born June 5, 1943 in Atkins, daughter of the late Dale and Ruby Blalack of Hector, Arkansas.
Rita loved painting arts and crafts, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Before moving to California, she owned several small businesses throughout her lifetime and worked for First Baptist Church of Russellville, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lee Hankins; and one brother, Charles Blalack of California.
She is survived by her five children, Butch Parrish (Carrie), Paul Parrish (Sis), Mike Parrish (Donna), Pamela (Steve Hett), and Charlie Parrish (Sandy); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and one sister, Carolyn Blalack of California.
Graveside service and burial is 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 9, at Pisgah Cemetery with Rev. Charley Casto officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
