Obituary for Randy Christie
Randy Christie, 66, of Atkins, passed away Tuesday, November 1, at Atkins Nursing Center. He was born December 1, 1955, in Russellville, son of the late Gottlieb and Burnell Wright Christie. He was a retired science and math teacher.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Charles Christie.
He is survived by brother, Gary Christie and wife Wanda of Russellville; sister, Charlotte Christie of Atkins; niece, Sarah Christie Martindale of Mesquite, Texas; and nephews, Aaron Christie and James Christie, both of Russellville.
Family conducted services will be held at a later date, with cremation arrangements under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in his honor be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
