Nell was a dear friend to my father when they both served on the Pope County Quorum Court together. She was so kind to our family when he passed away and I am sad that I did not keep up with her since I live out of state. I'm very sorry for your loss. I will keep your family in my prayers.

I have so many and I've only known her for 2 years. I was her housekeeper at the nursing home. Me and her got close and I'd go talk to her every day I could. She always had a smile on her face when she seen me coming through the door and said "There you are!" We did funny bird calls everytime because it really made her laugh. I would be called off my hall to go talk with her when she wouldnt eat or was having a rough day, because everyone knew she was my Nell and she would listen to me. I miss her so much and will miss seeing her everyday and her hugging me and giving me a kiss on the cheek or pressing her forehead to mine. Nell was a beautiful soul and will be greatly missed. I love you Nell
