Obituary for Mildred Leavern Cook Buchanan Hill

Mildred Leavern Cook Buchanan  Hill
Mildred Leavern Cook Buchanan Hill, 80, of Atkins, died Monday, July 9, 2012, at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. She was born June 15, 1932, in Appleton, the daughter of Newton and Ivy Reynolds Cook. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 son, Harry Keith Buchanan.
She is survived by 6 children, Donald Wayne and wife Janice Cook, David Lee and wife Joyce Cook, Ruby and husband David Kersten, Mary Katherine Buchanan, Ivelea Christine Raber and Kennith Lee Buchanan; 3 brothers, Charles Cook, Raymond Coral Cook and William Monroe Cook; 1 sister, Mary Lou Eubanks; 18 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 10:00 AM Thursday, July 12, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Darwin Barnhouse officiating. Visitation is 9:30 AM Thursday prior to services. Burial is private under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
