Leon Harris, 82, of Atkins, passed away, November 21, 2021 at his home. He was born September 14, 1939 in Atkins son of the late Orville and Mae Ellen Forrester Harris.

He was a member of Ada's Assembly of God Church.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three sons; two sisters; and one brother.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Harris; sons, Jimmy and Phyllis Harris and Billy “Corky” and Glenda Harris; brothers, Billy and JoAnn Harris, Larry “Pee-wee” and Judy Harris, Floyd and Linda Harris, Sherman and Jimmie Harris, Charlie and Billie Dean Harris; sister, Pamela Garcia Lee and Jerry; grandchildren, Jordan and Lyndsey Harris, Amanda and Phillip Duvall, Jesse and Ashlynn Harris, Jessica and Matt Vick, Brandon and Jamie Harris and Justin Harris; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 26, at Ada’s Assembly of God Church with Rev. Chad Duvall and Rev. Peggy Foster officiating. Burial will be held in Bells Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.

Pallbearers are Robert McCain, Jesse Harris, Jordan Harris, Derrick Duvall, James Millikin and Brandon Harris.
