Obituary for Larry Joe Walker
Larry Joe Walker, 73, of Atkins, passed away Friday, December 11, 2020 at his home. He was born December 30, 1946, in Little Rock, son of the late Sara Ruby Russell.
He was a U.S. Army X-Ray Tech Veteran in the years of 1965-1968.
He was a huge fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. “He loved the Hogs” was the words of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandfather, W.C. Russell, grandmother, Hattie May Reynolds; 6 brothers; and 4 sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica Lynn Roberts Walker; 2 daughters, Michalla Walker, Amanda Winslow, and a step-daughter, Pagie Meyers; 3 grandchildren; and his companion pet, Bandit.
Graveside Memorial Service is 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 19, at Shiloh-Williamson Cemetery of Russellville under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
