Condolence From: Rick Watkins
Condolence: I worked with Joe at U.P. Our 1st trip together we were called for a train to Monroe. It was pouring and I didn't have a rain jacket. We got out of our van and I ran to the train, several minutes later Mr. Garrigus climbed on the engine....soaked! He had untied the brakes on the train, that was my job, because he had a jacket. Everytime I saw him after that he would ask if I had a raincoat yet. A very good man, a gentleman, a friend. He will be missed. God bless his family thru thid difficult time.
