Jimmy Carrol Fryer, 84, of Atkins, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at his home. He was born May 11, 1934, in Atkins, son of the late Pat and Linnie Ophelia Porter Fryer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita Moore Fryer; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.
He is survived by a son, Robert Fryer and wife Belinda; daughter, Catherine and husband Billy Ray Freeman; 2 grandchildren, Regina Storment and Barry Fryer; 2 great-grandchildren, Brittany Allen and Lauren Storment; step-grandchildren, David and Debbie Bolin, Debbie and Chris Schaefers, Allen and Michelle Jones, Jeffrey and Leslie Jones, and Joshua and Shanna Jones; 18 step great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Friday, November 30, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Charley Casto and Rev. David Brock officiating. Burial is in Atkins City Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
