Jerry Dewane Davis, 73, of Russellville, passed away Monday, October 18, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born, January 21, 1948 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma son of the late Cleddie Wallace and Nora Lee Grider Davis.

My dad loved and cared for his family and always enjoyed Merle Haggard and a cold beer.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gertrude Grider; 5 brothers, Leroy Davis, Bobby Joe Davis, Dennis Ray Davis, Joe Davis and Michael Larry Davis; 2 sisters, Patsy Laverne Blevins and Katherine Yvonne Billus.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Rae Davis; 2 daughters, Rachel Lin Davis and Jamie Dawn Davis; 1 son, Richie Lawrence Garcia and wife Monica Denise; grandchildren, Marissa, Ethan, Brooklin, Gavin, Brynlee, Phoenix and Blake; 1 brother, Ronnie Davis; 3 sisters, Linda Anderson, Brenda Eastwood and Joyce Ingram; and several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Private burial at Elmore City Cemetery in Elmore City, Oklahoma.

Private arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
