Obituary for Jerlie Guilliam

Jerlie Guillam, 77, of Atkins, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019, at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born April 25, 1941, in Chimes, Arkansas, son of the late Thomas Brian Guilliam and Ilene Judd Guilliam. He was a hard-working man who enjoyed woodworking and the great outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Shirley Smith; and a brother, Tommy Guilliam.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Lou Guilliam; son, Nathan Guilliam and wife Nadine; daughter, Brooke and husband Mike Ediger; grandchildren, Tyler Ediger and Morgan Guilliam; and an aunt, Hazel Graham.
Funeral services are 7:00 PM, Friday, March 8, at Lemley Chapel with Rickey Emerson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 9, at Archey Valley Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. The family will have a meal prior to visitation at the Atkins Free Will Baptist Church on Friday from 4:00-5:30 PM.
Pallbearers are James Judd, Roy McEntire, Tommy Acuff, Mike Ediger, Nathan Guilliam, and Bob Judd. Honorary pallbearers are James Barker, Bob Barker, Jess Barker, Clarence Barker, and Glen Judd.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be made to Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home, 2405 E. Parkway, Suite 3, Russellville, AR, 72802.
