Obituary for Jay Haulmark
Jay Haulmark, 56, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born October 9, 1964, in Russellville, son of Charles Wheeler and Maudie Dowdy Haulmark.
He was preceded in death by his father; 2 brothers, Eugene Haulmark and Mike Haulmark; and a sister, Peggy Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Lavonda Wooten Haulmark; 2 daughters, April and Jeremie Myers, and Melissa and Shawn Butler; sister, Polly and George McNeese; 2 grandchildren who were the light of his life, Jace Haulmark and Jayla Haulmark; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 9, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. David Harrison. Burial is in Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, at Lemley Chapel.
Pallbearers are Justin Brandon, Lloyd Allen Duvall, Ronnie Halstead, Walter Martin, Greg McNeese, Rodney McNeese, Jerod Tilley and Matt Pruitt.
