Jackson B. McCarty, 78, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021, at his home. He was born February 9, 1943, son of the late Leroy and Ruby Gross McCarty.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jayne McCarty; brothers, Raymond and wife Sue McCarty, and Bill McCarty; and sister, Wanda Owens.
He is survived by sons, Kevin McCarty and wife Angela, Jody McCarty and wife Lisa; daughter, Tracy McCarty; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services are 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 15 at Shiloh Cemetery with Bro. Jamie Burris officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
