Herman Eugene “Dusty” Shelton, 72, of Dover, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Conway Regional Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1949, in Oakland, California, son of the late Herman T. and Marjorie Oxsen Shelton.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Mickal Shelton.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Shelton; children, Stephanie and Roy Freeman, Scott and Lauren Shelton, Casey and Rex Rigney; stepchildren, Michael and Joanna Beck, Chris Beck, and Lauren and Clay Spikes; 21 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service and burial is 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 2, in East Point Cemetery with Rev. Tony Mays officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Lemley Chapel.

Pallbearers are Roy Freeman, Chris Beck, Wayne Shelton, Dennis Dyer, David Reichart, Clay Spikes, Jerry Barton, and Roger Raymond.
