Hazel Lou Latta, 81 of Russellville, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 20, 2023 at her home. She was born January 11, 1942 in Dardanelle to the late George and Melba Adams Lott.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip L. Latta; brother, Charles Lott; sister, Lequita Ramey; and a brother-in-law, Sam Ramey.
She is survived her children, Phillip and wife Toni Latta, Charles Latta, Nici Brock, and Tonya Thomas; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister and brother-in-law, Jim and Shirley Heflin; and several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
