Glen Parrish, 69, of Hector, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born November 13, 1950, in Hector, son of Leamon and Evelyn Parrish. He spent most of his working career as a logger and enjoyed racing in his younger years. He was a member of Walnut Grove Free Will Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; twins, Shana Beth Parrish and Lana Beth Parrish; and a brother and sister-in-law, Kenny (KP) and Nancy Cochran Parrish.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sharon Parrish; son, Jonathan Parrish (Casey); daughter, Kay-leigh Harris (Tyler); sister, Nelda Owens; 4 grandchildren, Lori, Cole, Chloe, and Lily Parrish; good friends, Troy and Becky Coffman, Frankie Branch, and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service and burial is 2:00 PM, Friday, September 11, at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Hector with Bro. Troy Coffman and Bro. James Chronister officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.

Honorary pallbearers are Frankie Branch, Gary Andrews, Gary Ray Andrews, Troy Coffman, Robert Harrington and Doyle Ketcherside.
