Frances L. Thompson, 84, of Hector, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born January 14, 1934, in Fabens, Texas, daughter of the late Benjaman H. and Clara Stephens Lusk.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Thompson, son, Marlin Edward Simpson.
She is survived by her children, Darvin Simpson, Garland Simpson and Becky Curtis, Donnie and Debbie Simpson, Ricky Simpson, Colleen and Ricky Parks, Denise and Gary Alexander, Vicki and Jake Williams; sister, Floy Baxter; brother, Earl and Sharon Lusk, numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 9, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Shane Williams officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, at Lemley Chapel. Burial will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
