Esther Foshee, 86, of Pottsville, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018, at the Atkins Nursing and Care Center. She was born September 14, 1932, in Morrilton, daughter of the late Ples and Mammie Florine Hill Alexander. She attended Restoration Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Foshee; and a daughter, Diane Van Buren.
She is survived by 5 sons, Ray Foshee and wife Denise, Gary Foshee, Lester Foshee, Jerry Foshee, and Ronnie “Cotton” Foshee; 4 daughters, Janie and husband Ronnie Hill, Marilyn Johnson, Carolyn Bland, and Nancy Barton; 60 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 5 sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Monday, December 10, at Lemley Chapel, with Rev. James Findley officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 PM, Sunday, at Lemley Chapel.
Pallbearers are Kevin Foshee, Justin Foshee, J.J. Foshee, Bryan Foshee, Devin Rose, and Wayne Van Buren. Honorary pallbearers are Paul Foshee, Braxton Andrews, Austin Muncy, and Craig Cato.
