Emanuel E. Grissom, 89 of Russellville, passed away Saturday, August 6, at his home. He was born May 10, 1933, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, son of the late Roy Willis and Mary Loretta Lewis Grissom.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris Helen Grissom; daughter, Dee Ann Grissom; brother, Roy Clyne Grissom; and two sisters, Maria Bond and Modell Jones.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Doris Jean Grissom; bonus children, Sarah and Greg Harris, Kimberly and Chris Britthouer, Kenny and Tina Linboom, and Kristie Chronister; bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren; niece, Juanita Springer; nephews, Lloyd Jones, and David Jones; and special friends, Sammy and Patty Montgomery.
