Debra Jean Mathis, 49 of Russellville, passed away Friday, November 25 at her home. She was born December 22, 1972, in Fort Smith to the Euell and Reba Kitter Potts.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Lelus Ray Mathis; daughter, Adaleigh Nikki Kunkel; grandchildren, Skylar Kunkel, William Kunkel, and Wesley Kunkel.
Family conducted memorial service 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 10, at Mars Hill Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jo Warren and Rev. Logan Dixon officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service.
