Obituary for Daniel McCoy
Daniel McCoy, 79, of Atkins, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born August 13, 1940, in Booneville, Mississippi, son of the late James N. and Alma Lee McCoy. He also resided in Illinois for 30 years and had lots of great friends who loved him very much.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Anthony McCoy.
He is survived by 4 sisters, Mary Payton, Charlotte Simmons, Shirley Townsley, and Patricia Jarvis; children, Daniel Wade McCoy, Lisa and Richie Hickman, and Kimberly Hottinger Watts; 4 grandchildren, Alyssa, Cory, Savanna, Chloe; and 2 great-grandchildren, Gracie and Briar.
Arrangements are private under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
