The first time I met "Dad", he was in the ICU, after having had a heart attack. When I saw those pretty eyes and talked to him for a few minutes, I knew I'd love him forever. He lovingly accepted my 2 children as his own grandchildren and there was no doubt in my mind he loved them. What a wonderful family we were gifted. Over the last decade, Dale and I had lots of very special talks. Ones that will echo in my heart the rest of my life. I'm proud to be his daughter in law. Kay, Carl, I love you both so much. I am praying for strength, peace and comfort in the upcoming days, months and years. Ohana.
