Charles “Chuck” Tackett, 63 of Dover, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Baptist Health in Little Rock. He was born June 19, 1958, in Russellville son of the late “Pete” and Audree Baily Tackett.

He was a member of Gumlog Fellowship Church.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 1 brother, Mickey Tackett and granddaughter, Cloe Tackett.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Ramona Tackett; children, Boone and April Tackett, Matt Tackett, Mark Tackett, Sarah Tackett and husband Bryce Phillips, Monica and Richard Garcia and Courtney Cowan; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rita and Darrell Rackley, Thelma and Kenny McGee, and Brenda Crocker; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews and a special aunt and uncle, Peggy and Carl Stubbs and other family and friends.

A Family Conducted Memorial Service will be held 2:30 PM, Saturday, January 15, at Gumlog Fellowship Church with Rev. Jess Neal and Rev. Dennis Dyer officiating. Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will be held in Forks of the Creek Cemetery.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
