Carroll Don Jackson, 70, of Atkins, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, at his home. He was born October 15, 1950, in Atkins, the son of Charles and Lena Jane Smith Jackson. He was a member of the Hillcrest Pentecostal Church and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Jackson; sons, Eric Jackson of Atkins, and Steven Jackson and wife Ellen of Portland, Oregon; step-son, Michael Green; his parents; sister, Brenda Johnston; and 2 step-grandchildren, Ashley Green and Michael Green.

Graveside service and burial is 11:00 AM, Monday, September 13, in Bowden Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 1:00-2:00 PM, Sunday, at Lemley Chapel.
