Betty Lois Tilley, 83 of Knoxville, passed away, Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at Johnson County Health and Rehab. She was born May 8, 1939, at Crow Mtn. daughter of the late John and Violet Brashear Williams.
She was of the Freewill Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Rev. Bill Williams, Frank Williams, and Jay Williams; and sisters, Ruth Smith, Della Murphy, and Patsy Norman.
She is survived by her loving and caring husband, Rev. Herb Tilley; 2 daughters, Lana and Mark Snow, and Sheri and Todd Dobbins; 3 grandchildren, Brett and Katrina Snow, Bryan and Blair Snow, and Brandon and Brittany Koch; 6 great-grandchildren, Bradley Snow, Barrett Snow, Finley Snow, Hadley Snow, Bryson Koch, and Brooklyn Koch; and 1 sister, Lynn and Bill Casey.
Visitation will be held 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Sunday, August 28, at Lemley Chapel.
Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, August 29, at Dublin Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny McCoy and Rev. David Downum officiating. Burial will be held in Ware Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
Pallbearers are Brett Snow, Bryan Snow, Brandon Koch, Keith Williams, Wes Casey, and Curt Casey.
