Betsy Jo (Lakey) Allison of Russellville went to meet our Lord on Feb. 8 2023. Betsy was born on March 31, 1964 to Emma Jo Gleason and Earl Dean Lakey.

A lot of Betsy's life was spent on the softball field with her dad as her coach. After his passing she continued to play the game they both loved, making lifelong friends along the way. After softball grandkid's came along which became her next passion. Betsy loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Betsy is preceded in death by her father Earl Dean Lakey, mother Emma Jo Gleason, infant son Corey Wayne Allison, and lifelong best friend Missy (Davis) Wimbush

Betsy is survived by her life partner Debbie Blaylock, son Joshua Allison, daughter n law Mandy Simons, daughter Victoria Moore, son n law Jaron Moore and grandchildren Kaylea Allison, Josiah, and Jaeger Moore and Bella Simons.

Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 18, at Shiloh Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
