Bessie Hinman, 94, of Dover, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Legacy Heights Nursing in Russellville. She was born May 28, 1928, in Perry, daughter of the late William Joshua and Savannah Reynolds Hightower. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willie Herbert Hinman; daughter, Syble Phillips; and a son, David Allen Hinman.

She is survived by 4 sons, Johnny Hinman, Bob Hinman, Kenneth Hinman, and Donald Hinman; 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service and burial is 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 10, at May Cemetery in Houston under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Lemley Chapel.
