James Wallace Teeter, 81, of Russellville, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2010 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

He was born May 16, 1928, to Ira and Liby May Teeter at Russellville and is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Melba Teeter, 1 brother and 3 sisters.

He was a member of Atkins United Methodist Church

He is survived by 2 sons and daughter-in-law, Wallace and Candy Teeter of Little Rock, Rev. Jimmy Teeter of Blevins, AR., brother and sister-in-law, , Sheldon and Gail Teeter of Lubbock, TX, 2 sisters and brother-in-law, Nina and James Bennett of Russellville and Barbara Chandler of Lubbock.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at Hoskins Cemetery, the Rev. Danyelle Ditmer and Rev. Robert Woody officiating.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Monday at Lemley Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Freddy Bowden, Eddie Bowden, Tommy Bowden, David Downum, Johnny Horton, Terrence Conant
