Derald W. Peterson, 82, of Hector, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018, at home. He was born September 17, 1936, in Greeley, CO., son of the late Leonard and Lula Irene McKinney Peterson.
He was also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Nancy Mueller, Chris Milne; granddaughter, Sarah Mueller.
He was a member of the Dover Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Earlene Paterson of Hector; 4 sons, DeWayne Peterson, John Branch, David Branch, Paul Branch; 2 daughters, Kimma Gurel, Cindy Porter; 24 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren.
The family will have a service at a later date in Colorado.
He was also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Nancy Mueller, Chris Milne; granddaughter, Sarah Mueller.
