Willard Garrick Hoover, 69, of Dover, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born November 9, 1945, in Fullerton, California, son of the late Willard and Margie Chadwick Hoover.
He is survived by a sister, Margie Duncan; nephews and nieces, Rodney Bridgeman, Dawn and husband Chris Reynolds, John Philpot, and Janet and husband Roy Gene Beavers; 8 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; 4 great-great-nieces; 9 great-great-nephews; and his little special friend, BooBoo.
Arrangements are private under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
