Tammy May Freeman, 50, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013, at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock. She was born December 21, 1962, in Reno, Nevada, the daughter of Jack and Voila Gilstrap. She was a sweet, caring person. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and a sister.
She is survived by her sister, Carolyn Shively of San Diego, California, and her family.
Arrangements are private under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
