Russell Jess Fields, 76, of Hattieville died December 4, 2011 at his home. He was born in Blackwell September 24, 1935 the son of Jack and Una Stout Fields. He was retired from Arrow Automotive and attended Hattieville Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ella Ruth Fields; two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Tammy Harris of Morrilton; Mark “Pete” and Tina Harris of Hattieville; one brother, Ronald Fields of Washington; one sister, Virginia Bankert of Pennsylvania; two granddaughters, Amber and husband, Chad Johnson of Welch, Oklahoma, Amy and husband Les Davis of Morrilton; one grandson, Brandon and wife, Amber Harris of Hattieville; and five great-grandchildren.


Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, at Lemley Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dwight Scott and the Rev. Bob Holyfield officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday. Burial will be in Old Hickory Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Pallbearers are Brandon Harris, Chad Johnson, Les Davis, Don Sorensen, Kelly Clark, Randy Masingill. Honorary pallbearers are Brady Johnson, Dylan Johnson, Eli Harris and Seth Lehman.
