Obituary for Martha Fengler

Martha  Fengler
Martha C. Fengler, 88 of Atkins departed this earth on June 2, 2015. Martha was born March 11, 1927 to the late John & Amelia Gunderman Bellinghausen of Morrilton and was the wife of the late Emil J Fengler. Martha was a member of the Church of the Assumption Catholic Church in Atkins and a resident of the Atkins Nursing Center for the last several years.
She is survived by her son, Charles Fengler of North Little Rock; 3 daughters, Patsy Jackson of Florida, Mary Fengler of Texas, and Linda R (Glenn) Gillean of Atkins; 3 grandchildren, Barbara Jackson of Conway, Steve (Melissa) Jackson of Atkins, and Nicole (Logan) Knight of Manila; and 2 great-grandchildren, Parker Jackson and Hailey Knight. Martha was one of ten children and is also survived by three sisters, Carolyn Gangluff of Hattieville, Mary Ann Rossi of Jacksonville and Jean Luman of Cabot; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service is 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 6, at the Atkins Church of the Assumption with Father Ernest Hardesty officiating. Burial is in Atkins Catholic Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Rosary begins at 6:00 PM, Friday, with visitation to follow from 7:00-8:00 PM at Lemley Chapel.
Pallbearers are members of the Assumption Catholic Church, William Ehemann, Joe Ehemann, Francis Ehemann, Frank Wenger and Bob Wenger. Honorary Pallbearers are the nurses and staff of Atkins Nursing Home.
The family would like to express its greatest gratitude to the Atkins Nursing and Rehabilitation center for several years of great care and service to our mother-grandmother-great grandmother. Memorial donations in her honor may be made to Atkins Church of the Assumption.
