He was one that was faithful in reaching out to those that were hurting and in need of someone to encourage them. Charles had an inner strength because of his relationship with Jesus.There was nothing he would rather do than to share the good news of the "Gospel" with others.He was ready to pray anytime anyplace for anyone.
