Alexander E. Carter, 27, of Atkins died on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at home. Born March 1, 1982, at San Diego, CA., He was the son of Howard Carter and Theresa Tumin. He was employed by Arkansas National Guard.

He is survived by his wife; Amber Goodall Carter of Atkins, son; Cole Alexander Carter of Atkins and a daughter; Isabella Goodall of Atkins, his father; Howard Carter of Russellville, mother; Theresa Carter of Barstow, CA., brother; Jason Carter of Barstow, 3 sisters; Angela Carter of Barstow,
Sarah Carter and Emily Carter both of Plumerville

Memorial service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Atkins First Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Tyler officiating.
