GENERAL PRICE LIST

These prices are effective as of January 20, 2012 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff	$980.00
Our services include: conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining the necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Embalming	$895.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Direct Cremation only	$1,800.00
Our charge for a direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; and cremation if relevant. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). A minimum cremation container ($100 value) is included in this price. A. Cremation with container provided by family or using a cremation casket or rental casket from us is $1700. B. Cremation with minimum container provided by us is $1800. Direct Cremation with Visitation Package Same as above (Direct Cremation) plus use of our facilities for visitation and a memorial register book. $1880.00 Cremation with Embalming/Dressing/Casketing/Viewing/Visitation $2995.00 This Package is a newer approach to cremation with the added benefits of viewing/visitation at a reasonable cost. This assists with providing helpful closure for family or friends while allowing cremation wishes to be carried out afterward. Should you choose this option, we prepare the body, embalm, and provide our facilities for viewing/visitation prior to cremation. Fiberboard or wood caskets are available. We also offer a high quality hardwood casket (retail $2995) as a rental casket at $645. This fee is for completely replacing the casket's cloth bedding and interior with all new materials. A memorial service using our Service Equipment and Staff can be added to either of our cremation options above.


Immediate Burial	$1,880.00
Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; and local transportation to the cemetery. Casket prices start at $695

Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home	$885.00
Our Charge for this service includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, local transportation within 30 miles, transportation to airport is an additional fee based upon mileage from origination point, and necessary authorizations. This charge does not include merchandise, public viewing, ceremony, or shipping charges. If you are forwarding remains to another funeral home, there are additional items/services that you may wish to purchase. Some of those items/services that you may wish to purchase are as follows: Shipping Container/Combo For Un-casketed Remains $290.00 Air Tray for Casketed Remains $160.00 Preparation for Shipping of Remains $50.00

Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home	$965.00
This charge includes temporary shelter of remains and necessary services of staff. This does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies or transportation to our funeral home. If we have received remains from another funeral home, there are additional items/services that you may wish to purchase. Some of the most common additional items/services are as follows: Use of facilities, staff and service equipment for visitation $190.00 Funeral ceremony in our chapel or off-premises $685.00 Graveside funeral ceremony 385.00, Hearse $275.00.

This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; embalming; other preparation of the body; viewing/visitation for up to two evenings; use of our chapel, staff and service equipment for chapel or church service; funeral coach to final disposition; flower car/utility vehicle; and transfer of remains to the funeral home (all travel within a 30 mile radius).

Full Traditional Graveside Service	$3,250.00

This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; embalming; other preparation of the body; viewing/visitation for up to two evenings; use of our staff and service equipment for graveside service; funeral coach to final disposition; flower car/utility vehicle; and transfer of remains to the funeral home (all travel within a 30 mile radius).
